先天六气禀赋与后天罹患结直肠癌关联性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究出生、受孕时的六气与罹患结直肠癌的关联性。方法:以2003年至2012年北京市35 332例结直肠癌患者为病例组,按照性别进行1∶1随机匹配同时期北京中医药大学东直门医院35 332例非结直肠癌患者为对照组,将患者出生、受孕日期进行干支转化,推算出患者出生、受孕日期所属的六气时段,并与对照组进行比较。用卡方检验分析结直肠癌患者人数在不同六气时段的分布情况,用二分类逻辑回归研究出生、受孕时的六气与罹患结直肠癌的关系。结果:结直肠癌罹患与出生和受孕时主气存在关联。出生于初之气、二之气、四之气罹患结直肠癌风险降低。母体受孕于二之气罹患结直肠癌风险升高,受孕于三之气罹患结直肠癌风险降低。结论:出生、受孕时的六气与后天结直肠癌的罹患有一定的关联性。Objective:To investigate the association between six qi of birth and conception and colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 35 332 patients with colorectal cancer in Beijing from 2003 to 2012 were taken as the case group,and 35 332 non-colorectal cancer patients in Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in the same period were matched according to the sex ratio 1∶1 as the control group.The patients’ date of birth and conception were transformed into Gan zhi respectively,and the six qi period of the date of birth and conception were calculated.Chi-square test was used to analyze the distribution of the number of patients with colorectal cancer at different time periods,and binary Logistic regression was used to study the relationship between the incidence of colorectal cancer and the incidence of six qi of birth and conception.Results:The incidence of colorectal cancer was associated with the incidence of dominate qi at birth and conception.Being born in the first qi,the second qi and the fourth qi reduces the risk of colorectal cancer.The risk of colorectal cancer is increased when the mother is pregnant in the second qi,and the risk of colorectal cancer is decreased in the third qi.Conclusion:There is an association between the incidence of colorectal cancer and the incidence of six qi of birth and conception.
