从中医“神”的角度探讨眼动的应用

摘　　要：眼动是人接受信息、处理信息过程中的外在表现,眼动追踪能反映不同疾病状况下的精神、认知、情感,与中医望目知“神”相一致;眼动脱敏疗法利用眼动的调节作用治疗相关心理疾病,与中医调神类似。文章从中医“神”的角度,对眼动在察病治疗过程的具体应用进行分析,以期为运用中医思维理解眼动结果提供理论依据,为临床运用眼动技术提供思路。Eye movement is the external manifestation during the process when individuals accept and cope with informations.Results of eye-tracking reflect spirit,cognition and emotion,which is in line with ‘spirit’ obtained from inspection of eyes based on Chinese medicine.Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing cloud treat psychological diseases through modulation of eye movement,which is similar to modulating spirit based on Chinese medicine.We analysize the concrete applications of eye movement inspecting and treating diseases from the perspective of Chinese medicine ‘spirit’.Thus,the theoretical basis will be supplied to interpret results of eye movement through thinking mode of TCM,as well as clues will be provided to clinical application of eye movement techniques.
