摘　　要：《苏沈良方》收录苏轼与沈括200余条医论医方,其中方论多未详载作者。有学者先后对本书部分方论作者进行考辨,但仍存在诸多需进一步考证之处。文章以明嘉靖本《苏沈良方》方论内容为研究对象,参以武英殿聚珍版《苏沈良方》,结合苏轼、沈括的有关事迹、仕宦、人生轨迹、交游关系,《苏沈良方》明确记载出处的内容,苏轼、沈括的其他著作,他书记载出自苏轼、沈括的内容,以及其他细微之处等进行考证,确定出自沈括者86条,推测出自沈括者89条,确定出自苏轼者46条,推测出自苏轼者12条,出自苏辙、富弼者各1条。Su Shen Liang Fang contains more than 200 medical theories and prescriptions of SU Shi and SHEN Kuo,most of which do not explain who the author is.Some scholars have made textual research on some of the authors of the book,but there are still many places that need further research regardless of the basis or conclusion.This study focuses on the contents of Su Shen Liang Fang in Jiajing’s edition of the Ming dynasty,and refers to the movable-type printing edition of Su Shen Liang Fang in the Wuying hall.In combination with the historical facts of SU Shi and SHEN Kuo’s deeds,official positions,life trajectories,friendship relations and so on,Su Shen Liang Fang clearly records the content of the source and other works of SU Shi and SHEN Kuo,and their secretary contains the contents from SU Shi and SHEN Kuo,the textual research shows that 86 of the book are determined to be from SHEN Kuo and 89 are speculated to be from SHEN Kuo,46 are determined to be from SU Shi,12 are speculated to be from SU Shi,1 from SU Zhe and 1 from FU Bi.
