《妙一斋医学正印种子编》香附炮制特点及临床运用

摘　　要：文章对《妙一斋医学正印种子编》下卷女科中香附的不同炮制方法进行总结,整理为生用、炒用、单料炮制、三料炮制、四料炮制及六料炮制6种,所用辅料包含童便、醋、酒、酥油、盐水以及艾叶、栀子,借助于不同辅料间的灵活配伍,增强了香附疏肝解郁、健脾理气、调经止痛之功,并增加了其补肾、补血、补益之效,扩大了香附的适应证范畴,在月经不调、不孕等疾病的治疗上效果确切,其炮制特点值得现代借鉴。For Miaoyizhai Medical Seeds are Printed volume in the women’s fragrance of different processing methods were concluded,arranged for 6 kinds,including raw,fry,single material processing,three material processing,the four and six material processing,the auxiliary materials include urine of boys under 12 years of age regarded as having medicinal property,vinegar,wine,oil,salt water,Artemisiae Argyi Folium and Fructus Gardeniae,with the flexible compatibility between different materials,it enhances the function of soothing liver and relieving depression,invigorating spleen and regulating qi,regulating menstruation and relieving pain,and increases its effect of tonifying kidney,blood and benefiting,enlarges the indication scope of Cyperi Rhizoma,and has definite effects on the treatment of diseases such as irregular menstruation and infertility.Its processing characteristics are worthy of modern reference.
