摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗青少年近视的临床疗效。方法:将120例青少年近视患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组60例,对照组患者单纯佩戴合适的单焦框架眼镜,试验组在对照组的基础上给予针刺治疗,观察并比较治疗前后裸眼视力,散瞳后屈光度、眼轴长度。结果:治疗6个月后,对照组总有效率为30.0%(36/120),试验组为48.3%(58/120),试验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗6个月后,试验组患者裸眼视力较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组屈光度较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05);两组治疗3、6个月后眼轴长度均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),但试验组治疗3、6个月后与治疗前的眼轴差值显著小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺能够提高青少年近视患者视力,一定程度上延缓眼轴长度的增长速度,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of juvenile myopia.Methods:A total of 120 cases of adolescent myopia patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group simply wore appropriate monofocal spectacles,while the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group,and the uncorrected visual acuity,diopter and axial length of the eye were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 30.0%(36/120)in the control group and 48.3%(58/120) in the treatment group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).After 6 months of treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the refractive power of the control group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the axial length of the eye of the two groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but the axial difference between the treatment group and before treatment after 3 and 6 months of treatment was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the visual acuity of juvenile myopia patients and delay the growth rate of the axial length of the eye to a certain extent,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
