锋勾针联合火针治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较锋勾针联合火针治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的临床疗效及对体质状态、复发率情况的影响。方法:将31例囊肿结节型痤疮患者随机分为两组,火针组16例采用单纯火针治疗,锋勾针组15例采用锋勾针联合火针治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、囊肿结节数量、兼症积分、复发率及不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效和治疗前后囊肿结节数量比较,差异无统计学意义。锋勾针组治疗后兼症积分及复发率显著低于火针组(P<0.01)。结论:单纯使用火针和锋勾针联合火针治疗囊肿结节型痤疮均可取得较好的疗效,但是锋勾针联合火针在调整患者体质状态及疗效维续方面更具优势。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of fenggou needle combined with fire needle in the treatment of cystic nodular acne and its effect on physical status and recurrence rate.Methods:A total of 31 patients who had symptoms of cystic nodular acne were randomly divided into 2 groups.Fire needle would be used on 16 patients in the fire needle group,the other 15 patients in the fenggou needle group would be used fenggou needle combined with fire needle.The clinical efficacy,the number of cyst nodules,the score of complication,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the clinical curative effect and the number of cyst nodules between the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,the complication score and recurrence rate in the fenggou needle group were significantly lower than those in the fire needle group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The simple use of fire needle and fenggou needle combined with fire needle can achieve a good effect in the treatment of cyst nodular acne,but fenggou needle combined with fire needle has more advantages in adjusting the physical state of patients and maintaining the curative effect.
