摘 要:数控机床在加工阶段时状态数据呈现多样化以及时序化特征,会影响数控加工精度。要保证加工精度,合理选择多维度控制数控加工变形控制方式,完成三维空间内部多方向的运动补偿就显得尤为重要。通过分析影响数控加工变形的因素,有针对性地选择多维度的数控加工变形控制方法,有利于实现高精度和全方位的数控加工变形控制,凸显整体性。In the processing stage of CNC machine tools, the state data present diversification and timing characteristics, which will affect the deformation accuracy of CNC machining. So, it is necessary to apply the deformation control method of multi-dimensional control NC machining. In this way, the motion compensation of multi-direction in the three-dimensional space is completed. This paper analyzes the deformation control method of CNC machining with multi-dimensional control, and completes the deformation control of CNC machining with high precision and high orientation through active and effective methods, highlighting the integrity.
