摘 要:文章从光伏机组暂态特性和并网保护策略两个角度,研究光伏机组自身运行特性、保护控制特性、故障穿越特性对暂态频率稳定性的影响。根据二元表判据划分频段并给予权重系数的思路,考虑光伏机组暂态特性,结合系统频率安全运行要求和光伏机组保护措施,细化了各频段的权重系数,构建了计及扰动瞬间频率偏移量的频率稳定裕度指标。在仿真软件中,搭建配有储能装置和不同并网保护策略的光伏电站模型,以及基于IEEE39节点系统的含不同光伏占比电网模型。仿真分析不同程度负荷扰动下系统暂态频率稳定性。结果表明,改进频率稳定裕度指标提高了高渗透率光伏并网系统频率量化评估的准确性。Serious blackouts occur frequently in high permeability power grid.This paper analyzes the mechanism of system frequency variation,and studies the influence of photovoltaic unit’s own operation characteristics,protection and control characteristics,fault ride through characteristics on transient frequency stability and the measures to improve transient frequency stability from two aspects of photovoltaic unit’s transient characteristics and grid connected protection strategy.According to the idea of dividing frequency bands and assigning weighting coefficients by the binary table criterion,considering the transient characteristics of photovoltaic units,combined with the requirements of safe operation of system frequency and protection measures of photovoltaic units,the weight coefficient of each frequency band is refined,and the improved frequency stability margin index considering the instantaneous frequency offset of disturbance is constructed.In the simulation software,photovoltaic power station models with energy storage devices and different grid protection strategies are built,as well as power grid models with different photovoltaic proportion based on IEEE39 bus system.The simulation analyzes the transient frequency stability of the system under different levels of load disturbances,and the results show that the improved frequency stability margin index improves the accuracy of the quantitative evaluation of the system transient frequency stability under different proportion of photovoltaic.
