摘　　要：本文针对冷却水管的结构和材料特点介绍了专用的工艺流程,采用手工热弯的方法进行盘管的弯制,后续配合固溶热处理和水压试验保证产品的质量。This paperintroduces special technology flow of cooling water pipe in according to its structure and material character,manual hot bending method is adopted,then perform solution heat treatment and hydrostatic test to ensure the quality of the product.
