摘  要:热轧csp生产线设置2台地下卷取机,随着后工序新品种的研发,尤其是低温卷取高强薄带钢,带钢头部进入卷取建张差,头部打滑现象时有发生。该现象会引起塔形、面包卷和头部折叠等卷形缺陷,且严重时还可以导致堆钢事故,从而影响轧线的成材率、废品率、作业率和卷形等指标。为此,针对卷取机建张不好,存在打滑现象的原因进行系统分析,并对控制卷取机建张问题的要点进行了梳理总结。The hot-rolled CSP production line is equipped with two downcoilers.With the research and development of post-processes new types,especially the low-temperature coiling of high-strength thin strips,the head of the strip enters the coiler to create a tension difference,the phenomenon of head slip occurs from time to time.This phenomenon will cause coil defects such as tower shape,bread coil and head fold,even lead to stacking accidents in severe cases,thereby affect the index of the yield,scrap rate,operation rate and coil shape of the rolling line.For this reason,a systematic analysis is carried out on the reasons for the coiler tension is not well built and the slippage phenomenon,and the main points for controlling the coiler tension are summarized.
