摘 要:本文主要介绍碳钢薄板厂RH炉钢包车和喷补刮渣车由于厂房高度限制,走行至轨道十字交叉处时极易发生车轮卡阻,同时交叉轨道为焊接形式,在高温及撞击环境下极易开裂,影响正常生产。针对以上问题对RH炉钢包车轨道和喷补刮渣车轨道由同标高十字交叉式轨道改造为喷补刮渣车轨道高于钢包车轨道50mm的整体式轨道,将喷补刮渣车由前轮驱动改为前后驱动式车轮的改造可行性、改造原理及改造的具体实施过程进行研究,改造后减少了抢修、临修频次,降低了检修人员的劳动强度,保证了生产顺行。This paper mainly introduces that due to the height restriction of the workshop,the wheel jam easily occurs when the RH ladle car and the gunning and scraping slag car travel to the intersection of the tracks,and the crossing tracks are welded and easy to crack in high temperature and impact environment,which affect normal production.In view of the above problems,the tracks of RH ladle car and gunning and scraping slag car are changed from the cross track of the same elevation to the integral track with the gunning slag scraper track 50mm higher than the ladle car track.The feasibility,principle and implementation process of the transformation of the front-wheel drive to front-and rear-drive wheels of the gunning and repairing slag scraper are studied. After the transformation, the frequency of rush repair and temporary repair is reduced, and the labor intensity of the maintenance personnels is reduced, and the smooth production is ensured.
