摘　　要：随着汽车产业的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对于整车感知质量的要求越来越高,汽车内饰件的包覆材料也越来越多样化,仿麂皮包覆慢慢应用于中高端车型的内饰件上。但因仿麂皮耐温性能、延伸率及匀染性较差,故未得到普及。文章基于国内某高端自主品牌车型的开发,对仿麂皮在汽车内饰件顶棚、立柱及遮阳板上的应用进行了研究。With the development of society and industry,people have higher and higher requirements for the perceived quality of the whole vehicle,and the coating materials of automotive interior parts are becoming more and more diversified.Suede coating is slowly applied to the interior parts of medium and high-end models.However,due to the poor temperature resistance,elongation and levelness of suede,it has not been popularized.Based on the development of the domestic high-end model,the application of suede in automobile interior trim ceiling,column and sunshade is studied.
