摘　　要：数字化技术的快速发展为企业带来新的增长机遇,结合公司动力总成部门的业务特点及业务需求,文章搭建了覆盖产品项目实施及制造运营全过程的数字化刀具管理系统,实现了刀具信息快速查询、优化分析和验证管理、换刀智能管理及库存优化分析等功能,结合系统应用,不断降低刀具成本,提高工作效率,从而降低制造成本,提升动力总成产品的核心竞争力。The development of digital technology brings new growth opportunities for enterprises.Combined with the business characteristics and business needs of powertrain department,a digital tool management system applicable to all bases and covering the whole process of product project implementation and manufacturing operation is built.The functions such as tool information enquiry,optimization analysis and verification management,intelligent tool change management,inventory optimization analysis are realized.Combined with the application of the system,the tool cost is constantly reduced,the work efficiency is improved,so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and enhance the core competitiveness of powertrain products.
