摘 要:为提高C/C复合材料的抗氧化性能,采用包埋法结合先驱体转化法制备了SiC/SiC双层涂层,探究了SiC/SiC双层涂层和采用先驱体转化法制备的SiC单层涂层的物相组成与微观结构差异,并在1300℃的条件下测试了2种涂层的抗氧化性能。结果表明:经1300℃氧化1 h后,C/C复合材料失重率达到62%,而SiC单层涂层和SiC/SiC双层涂层的失重率分别为31%和5.4%。因此SiC/SiC双层涂层的抗氧化性能优于SiC单层涂层。氧化过程中,由于双层涂层表面能形成连续的SiO保护膜,在流动封填涂层表面缺陷的同时,SiO还具有低透氧率能降低氧气的侵入,因此提高了C/C复合材料的抗氧化效果。To improve the anti-oxidation property of C/C composites at high temperature,the SiC/SiC double layer coating was fabricated by the pack cementation and the polymer pyrolysis method.The differences of phase composition and microstructure between the SiC single layer coating fabricated by the polymer pyrolysis method and the SiC/SiC double layer coating were investigated,and the anti-oxidation properties of two kinds of coatings were tested at 1300℃.The results indicate that the weight loss rate of the C/C composite,the SiC single layer coating and SiC/SiC double layer coating are 62%,31%and 5.4%after being oxidized at 1300℃for 1 hour,respectively.Therefore,it can be inferred that the anti-oxidation property of SiC/SiC double layer coating is better than that of SiC single layer coating.During the oxidation process,the SiOlayer would be generated on the surface covered by the SiC/SiC double layer coating,and the SiOlayer with low oxygen diffusion rate can reduce the diffusion of oxygen and fill the flaw of the coating.The increasement of the anti-oxidation property of C/C composites can be attributed to these facts above.
