摘 要:植物生存在相对固定的环境中,需要应对复杂多变的外界环境刺激。类受体激酶(receptor-like kinase,RLK)是植物中广泛存在的一类跨膜蛋白激酶,具有结构可变的胞外结构域,能够感受外界刺激,并通过其胞内激酶结构域的磷酸化作用来传递信号。富含半胱氨酸的类受体激酶(cysteine-rich receptor-like kinase,CRK)是RLK中的一类大家族。近年来,许多研究表明CRK在植物响应逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用。本研究从CRK参与植物细胞死亡、免疫复合物形成、与植物激素相互作用等方面总结了CRK在植物响应生物和非生物胁迫中的生理功能及分子机制,并展望了未来的研究方向。本研究为解析CRK在植物细胞响应逆境胁迫中的信号转导机制提供参考。As sessile organisms,plants cann’t move freely and have to cope with a complex and ever-changing environmental stimuli,including biotic and abitic stresses.Receptor-like kinase(RLK)is a kind of transmembrane protein kinase which exists widely in plants.It contains a variable extracellular domain which can sense external signals,a transmembrane domain,and an intracellular kinase domain that transmits downstream signaling by protein phosphorylation.Cysteine-rich receptor-like kinase(CRK)is a large family of RLK.In recent years,increasing number of studies revealed that CRKs play an important role in plant response to adverse environments.Here,we summarize the physiological role and molecular mechanisms of CRKs in plant response to biotic and abiotic stresses including plant cell death,immunity complex formation,and interaction with hormones,and prospect directions for further research to elucidate the CRK mediated signaling pathways and provide a reference for mining plant stress resistance genes.
