摘 要:为及时掌握小麦品种(系)对条锈病的抗性水平,同时为小麦抗条锈病新品种的培育提供理论依据,利用7个已报道的小麦抗条锈病(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici)特异性分子标记,对202份小麦供试材料进行抗条锈基因的特异分子标记检测。结果表明,202份材料中含Yr5基因的材料有114份,含Yr9基因的材料有63份,含Yr10基因的材料有46份,含Yr17基因的材料有6份,含Yr26基因的材料有135份,未检测出Yr15和Yr18的特异目的条带。感病材料有46份,占供试品种总数的22.72%,其rAUDPC(Relative area under disease progress curve)值的范围为30.30%~90.00%;抗病材料有118份,占供试品种总数的58.41%,其r AUDPC值的范围为2.83%~35.96%;中感材料17份,中抗材料有21份,占供试品种总数的18.87%。高代材料和引进材料中抗条锈病的比例要高于亲本材料。本研究利用已知的抗条锈病基因,开发新的抗条锈病基因的载体品种,为培育基因聚合的优良抗性品种提供理论依据。In order to understand the resistance level of wheat varieties(lines)to stripe rust,and provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of resistant varieties.Seven specific molecular markers to wheat stripe rust resistance(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici)were used to detect the specific molecular of stripe rust resistance genes in 202 wheat breeding materials.Molecular detection showed that 114 materials carried Yr5 gene,63 materials carried Yr9 gene,46 materials carried Yr10 gene,6 materials carried Yr17 gene,and 135 carried Yr26 gene,the destination band of Yr15 and Yr18 were not detected.The adult stage resistance was identified:46 susceptible materials,accounting for 22.72%,and the rAUDPC values ranged from 30.30% to 90.00%;118 resistant materials,accounting for 58.41% of the total number of tested varieties,the rAUDPC values ranged from 2.83% to 35.96%;17 moderate resistance and 21 moderate susceptible,accounting for 18.87% of the total number of tested varieties.The ratio of resistance to stripe rust in high-generation materials and imported materials is higher than that of major parent materials.This study used the known stripe rust resistance genes to develop new carrier material of stripe rust resistance genes,and provided theoretical basis for breeding excellent resistant varieties with gene polymerization.
