摘  要:利用表型性状和SSR分子标记,对34份亲本为‘PR107’和‘合口3-11’的人工杂交组合F代进行评价。结果表明:杂交F代表型性状变异系数在0%~50.18%之间,多样性指数在3.42~3.53之间,总体上表型性状表现不够丰富;相关分析发现产量与叶片横切面形状显著负相关(-0.351*),与小叶柄长度呈显著正相关(0.352^(*));杂交F代产量和树围平均水平略低于中亲值,杂种优势指数均处于65.58%~105.31%之间,亲本组合杂种优势属中等水平。利用9对多态性引物分析杂交子代,每对引物位点的等位基因数为2~3个,Shannon’s指数(I)、观测杂合度(Ho)、预期杂合度(He)和多态信息含量(PIC)分别在0.0766~1.0845、0.3315~0.9706、0.0294~0.6367和0.0290~0.6570之间;利用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,遗传相似系数在0.70~1.0之间,聚类结果可以将杂交F代分为2大类。总体来看,杂交子代个体之间亲缘关系较近,表型变异不明显,后续开展杂交工作应注重杂交亲本的选择。本研究为鉴定杂交亲本组合优劣及评价杂交子代提供参考。The phenotypic traits and SSR markers were used to evaluate the progenies of 34 rubber tree with parents‘PR107’and‘Hekou 3-11’.The results showed that:the coefficient of variation of representative characters of hybrids ranged from 0% to 50.18%,the diversity index ranged from 3.42 to 3.53,and the phenotypic traits were not abundant on whole;the correlation analysis showed that the yield was negatively correlated with the leaf cross-section shape(-0.351*)and positively correlated with petiolule length(0.352^(*));the average yield and tree girth of hybrids were slightly lower than those of middle parents.The potential index was between 65.58% and 105.31%.Nine pairs of polymorphic primers were used to analyze the hybrids.The number of alleles in each pair of primers was 2~3.The Shannon’s index(I),observed heterozygosity(Ho),expected heterozygosity(He)and polymorphism information content(PIC)were 0.0766~1.0845,0.3315~0.9706,0.0294~0.6367 and 0.0290~0.6570,respectively.Cluster analysis by UPGMA showed that the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.70~1.0 and the hybrid progenies could be divided into two groups.In general,the genetic relationship between the individuals of hybrid progenies is relatively close,and the phenotypic variation is not obvious.Attention should be paid to the selection of parents in the subsequent hybridization work.This paper provides a reference for the identification of hybrid parent combinations and the evaluation of hybrid progenies.
