藤本月季品种资源表型性状分析及其综合评价体系构建

摘　　要：为完善藤本月季的综合评价体系,本研究以引种的25个藤月品种为试材,观测藤月生长特性、抗病性及观赏性等指标,对其进行方差分析、变异系数分析、相关分析及Q型聚类分析,并运用层次分析法对月季资源进行综合评价。结果表明,综合得分前6的优良品种为‘藤浪漫宝贝’‘藤伊芙伯爵’‘欢笑格鲁吉亚’‘大游行’‘粉色达芬奇’‘瑞妮’,不仅观赏性状优秀,而且生长及抗病性较强,适合大规模生产、园林应用以及作为育种的优良亲本,其余品种观赏性状较好的有‘波莱罗’‘玫瑰国度天使’‘夏洛特夫人’;生长及抗性较好的有‘红色龙沙宝石’‘粉色龙沙宝石’‘薰衣草香水’。藤本月季表型性状特征分析表明,花香与花朵持续性指标具显著负相关,r=-0.449^(*)。数量性状的变异特征揭示了藤月花瓣数品种间差异较大,且以次年株高差异波动最为显著。藤月花朵颜色中以橙色、粉色和粉红色系具有较好的病害抗性表现,其他色系相对易感病害。In order to improve the comprehensive evaluation system of climbing hybrid roses,25 varieties of climbing hybrid roses introduced were used as test materials to observe the indexes such as growth characteristics,disease resistance and ornamental value of climbing hybrid roses.Analysis of variance,coefficient of variation,correlation and Q-type clustering were carried out,and analytic hierarchy process was used to comprehensively evaluate the resources of climbing hybrid roses.The results show that composite scores before 6 varieties are:‘Baby Romantica Climbing’,‘Yves Piaget Climbing’,‘Teasing Georgia’,‘Parade’,‘Pink Leonardo da Vinci’,‘Renae’,not only excellent ornamental traits,and the strong growth and disease resistance,suitable for mass production,good landscape application as well as breeding parents,the other varieties have better ornamental characters as follows‘Bolero’:‘République de Montmartre’,‘Lady of Shalott’;‘Red Eden Rose’,‘Pierre de Ronsard’and‘Lavande Parfumée’with good growth and resistance.The results of phenotypic character analysis of Climbing hybrid roses showed that there was a significant negative correlation between floral fragrance and flower sustainability(r=-0.449^(*)).The variation of quantitative traits revealed that there was a great difference in the number of petals among the varieties of climbing hybrid roses,and the variation of plant height in the next year was the most significant.The orange,pink and pink colors of climbing hybrid roses flowers showed good disease resistance,while the other colors were relatively susceptible to disease.
