摘　　要：目的 归纳总结肠癌术后肠功能紊乱的常用中药模式及配伍规律。方法 运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.50)检索筛选数据库获得肠癌术后肠功能紊乱的中药处方,对检索结果进行频次、四气、五味、归经统计,并采用关联规则、系统聚类等方法分析处方的用药规律。结果 收录处方102首,涉及中药283味;其中温、平药性及甘、苦药味占比较高,归经以脾、胃、肺、肝经的用药多。挖掘得到高频药物组合28组(频次≥30次)、药物关联规则21条、潜在新处方10首。结论 中医药治疗肠癌术后肠功能紊乱以四君子汤为基础,虚、湿、瘀、毒互结,临床还应兼顾肺、肝共治,综合改善症状。Objective To summarize the common Chinese materia medica(CMM) and the compatibility rules for bowel dysfunction after intestinal cancer surgery. Methods The CMM prescriptions for bowel dysfunction after intestinal cancer surgery were retrieved and screened from databases of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.50), and the retrieved results were organized by frequency, the four natures and five flavors and meridian tropism of CMMs. In addition, the medication rules of these prescription drugs were analyzed by using association rules and system entropy clustering. Results A total of 102 prescriptions with 283flavors of CMMs were included, among which warm-and mild-natured, and sweet-and bitter-flavored CMMs accounted for a high proportion, with meridian tropism mostly in spleen, stomach, lung and liver. Besides, 28groups of high-frequency drug combinations(frequency ≥ 30 times), 21 drug association rules, and 10 potential new prescriptions were obtained by data mining. Conclusion The treatment of bowel dysfunction after intestinal cancer surgery with traditional Chinese medicine is based on Sijunzi Decoction, and to target the features of deficiency, dampness, stasis and toxicity intertwining of this disorder, the lung and liver co-treatment should also be taken into account in clinical treatment to improve symptoms comprehensively.
