摘　　要：目的 观察火龙督脉铺灸对寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月于玉林市红十字会医院中医科住院的100例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。两组患者全部给予综合干预措施,同时,对照组患者选择毫针热补针法,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用火龙督脉铺灸治疗,比较两组患者干预前后的总有效率、生活质量(QoL)、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后,治疗组QOL、JOA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用火龙督脉铺灸治疗具有显著的临床治疗效果,可有效改善患者疼痛,促进机体恢复、肢体功能改善,同时患者治疗过程中应用综合干预措施可大大改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of snake-shaped moxibustion on governor vessel in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of cold-dampness type. Methods A total of 100 patients of lumbar disc herniation of cold-dampness type admitted to and hospitalized in the department of traditional Chinese medicine in the Red Cross Hospital of Yulin City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as study objects. They were divided into the treatment group(n=50) and the control group(n=50) according to the random number table method. All patients were treated with comprehensive intervention measures. Simultaneously,patients in the control group were treated with hot tonic acupuncture by filiform needle, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with snake-shaped moxibustion on governor vessel based on the treatment of the control group. The overall response rate, quality of life(QoL), Japanese orthopedic association(JOA) scores and C reactive protein(CRP) levels of patients before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total response rate in the treatment group was 96.00%(48/50), higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). After intervention, the QOL and JOA scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The CRP levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation of colddampness type, treatment application of snake-shaped moxibustion on governor vessel has obvious clinical therapeutic efficacy. It can effectively relieve the pain of patients, promote the recovery of the body, and be of great help to the improvement of limb function. Simultaneously, applying comprehensive intervention measures can greatly improve the quality of life of patients during treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
