摘 要:目的 探讨改良化学沉淀法和过氧化物酶法检测冠心病患者血清小而密低密度脂蛋白(sdLDL)的方法学比较。方法 选取新疆医科大学第五附属医院2021年1—8月收治的冠心病患者82例,分别实施肝素镁沉淀法和过氧化物酶法,并比较肝素镁沉淀法和过氧化物酶法检测sdLDL-C的精密度、线性分析与sdLDL-C水平。结果 过氧化物酶法和肝素镁沉淀法检测sdLDL-C,批间、批内、总变异系数均<2.972%,精密度和线性良好。肝素镁沉淀法与过氧化物酶法均有良好的相关性,且呈正直线关系(P <0.05)。肝素镁沉淀法和过氧化物酶法测定sd LDL-C水平结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 肝素镁沉淀法和过氧化物酶法的相关性良好,对于冠心病患者血清sdLDL-C均有较好的检测效果,但过氧化物酶法更为快速、简便,有助于sdLDL检测标准化的实施。Objective To compare the methodology of modified chemical precipitation method and peroxidase method for the testing of small dense low-density lipoprotein(sdLDL) in serum from patients with coronary artery disease. Methods A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to August 2021 were selected to receive tests by heparinmagnesium precipitation method and peroxidase method respectively. The precision, linearity and sdLDLcholesterol(sdLDL-C) level of sdLDL-C testing by heparin-magnesium precipitation method and peroxidase method were compared. Results The inter-batch and intra-batch total coefficients of variation were < 2.972%with good precision and linearity for sdLDL testing by the peroxidase method and the heparin-magnesium precipitation method. Both the heparin-magnesium precipitation method and the peroxidase method showed good correlation and positive linear relationship(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the sdLDL-C levels measured by the heparin-magnesium precipitation method and the peroxidase method(P > 0.05). Conclusion Heparin-magnesium precipitation method and peroxidase method have good correlation and both can well test serum sdLDL-C in patients with coronary artery disease, but peroxidase method is more rapid and simple in operation, which is conducive to the implementation of standardization of sdLDL testing.
