摘 要:目的 了解某三级医院科研人员对科技成果转化的认知及需求情况,分析影响医院成果转化的因素,进而针对性地提出促进医院成果转化工作的对策建议。方法 通过自行设计、发放并回收调查问卷,分析科研人员对科技成果转化知识的认知情况、科研人员参与科技成果转化积极性及科技成果转化滞缓的原因。结果通过数据分析发现某三级医院科研人员对转化政策流程等了解较少、但参与医院成果相关活动积极性较高,同时也发现成果转化人才队伍缺乏、成果转化沟通渠道和交易平台缺乏等问题。结论 建议科研管理部门在院内开展成果转化论坛、沙龙等活动,开拓科研人员创新视野、增强科研人员成果转化意识,通过人才培养提升管理能力,搭建医研企交流平台,疏通成果转化全链条,助力医院成果转化落地工作有序推进。Objective To understand the cognition and demand of scientific and technological achievement transformation of scientific researchers in a tertiary hospital, analyze the factors affecting the transformation of hospital achievements, so as to propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of hospital achievements. Methods Through the self-designed, distributed and collected questionnaires, the cognition of scientific researchers on the transformation knowledge of scientific and technological achievements,the enthusiasm of scientific researchers to participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the reasons for the slow transformation of scientific and technological achievements are analyzed. Results Through data analysis, it was found that scientific researchers in the hospital had a shallow understanding of transformation policies and procedures, but had high initiative in participating in hospital achievement-related activities, and that there was a lack of talents and a limitation of communication channels and trading platforms supporting achievement transformation. Conclusion It is recommended that the scientific research management department should carry out achievement transformation forums, salons and other activities within the hospital to develop the innovation vision of scientific researchers, enhance the cognition of scientific researchers on achievement transformation, improve the management ability through talent cultivation,build the communication platform for medical research enterprises, unblock the whole chain of achievement transformation, and assist in the advancement of the hospitals’ achievement transformation work in an orderly manner.
