红花酊联合硫酸镁湿敷在碘造影剂外渗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察红花酊联合硫酸镁湿敷对碘造影剂外渗患者的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院接受增强CT检查出现碘造影剂外渗的患者80例,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用50%硫酸镁纱布湿敷,观察组采用50%的硫酸镁湿敷后,再予以院内自制红花酊溶液外敷,观察两组治疗总有效率、起效时间及治愈时间,并比较两组患者静脉炎发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组起效时间和治愈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组静脉炎总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 红花酊联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗碘造影剂外渗患者,能够提高治疗总有效率,缩短起效时间和治愈时间,并降低静脉炎的发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of Honghua Tincture combined with magnesium sulfate wet-compressing in patients with extravasation of iodine contrast agent. Methods A total of 80 patients with extravasation of iodine contrast agent detected by enhanced CT examination at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40). Patients in the control group received 50% magnesium sulfate wet-compressing with gauze, while patients in the observation group received 50% magnesium sulfate wet-compressing, followed by external application of hospital-made Honghua Tincture solution. The overall effective rate of treatment, onset time and cure time in both groups were observed, and the incidence of phlebitis was compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(72.50%), with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The onset time and cure time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The total incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(35.00%), with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with extravasation of iodine contrast agent, the combined application of Honghua Tincture and magnesium sulfate wet-compressing can improve the overall effective rate of treatment,shorten the onset time and cure time, and reduce the incidence of phlebitis.
