电视播控中心灾备播出系统方案研究

摘　　要：广东广播电视台在现址播出中心整体搬迁后,利用原有电视播控中心设备建设了灾备播出系统。整套系统包括节目播出和编码传输两大部分,可保障频道的常态播出和编码传输,在新电视播控中心发生重大、突发灾难时可迅速接管播出及信号传输,实现灾备功能。该系统实现了广东卫视等3个主要频道的同步、自动灾备播出,覆盖了多种途径的信号分发传输,同时充分利用现有的技术系统设备,节省了大量的建设成本。本文对广东广播电视台灾备播出系统技术方案进行深入探讨。After the overall relocation of the current broadcast center, Guangdong Radio and TV Station built a disaster preparedness broadcasting system by using the original equipment of the TV broadcast control center. The whole system includes two parts: program broadcasting and coding transmission, which can ensure the normal broadcasting and coding transmission of channels, and can quickly take over the broadcasting and signal transmission in case of major sudden disasters in the new TV broadcast control center, so as to realize the disaster preparedness function. The system realizes the synchronous and automatic disaster recovery broadcasting of three main channels such as Guangdong satellite TV, covers the signal distribution and transmission of various ways, and makes full use of the existing technology and system equipment, saving a lot of construction costs. This paper deeply discusses the technical scheme of disaster recovery broadcasting system of Guangdong Radio and Television Station.
