摘　　要：为降低煤矿生产成本、提高生产效率、优化作业人数、实现安全生产,为了严格防范各煤矿企业违法组织生产、遏制安全生产事故,国家矿山安全监察局要求推广建设煤矿“电子封条”系统,通过利用现代计算机网络、信息技术、工业智能化等手段,加快推进“互联网+监管”的应用,实现对全国煤矿企业全面联网覆盖,进一步完善煤矿安全生产防御体系,对防范煤矿非法违法组织生产起到一定震慑、监管作用。为此,本文介绍“电子封条”系统的结构、组成、安装方式及工作流程,为相关企业使用该系统提供参考。In order to ensure coal mine safety production, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, optimize the number of workers, improve economic benefits, strictly prevent coal mining enterprises illegal organization production, curb production safety accidents, using computer technology, network information technology and industrial control technology and a series of modern means, accelerate the application of “Internet + supervision”, the National Mine Safety Administration through the construction of “electronic seal” system, realize the national coal mining enterprises comprehensive network coverage, further improve the coal mine safety production system, to prevent illegal organization production plays a certain regulatory role. Therefore, this paper introduces the structure, composition, installation method and workflow of the “electronic seal” system, which provides a reference for relevant enterprises to use the system.
