摘  要:通过残余应力测试、金相组织观察、维氏硬度测试等,分析10Cr9MoVNbN和ZG15Cr2Mo1异种钢焊接接头的综合性能。结果表明:焊后残余应力分布情况非常复杂,且焊板反面存在较大的拉应力,在热处理后显著降低;热处理后,存在明显的元素迁移现象,且随温度和时间的增加变得愈加明显;并对异种钢焊接接头的维氏硬度分布特征进行分析,评价异种焊接接头的力学性能。The comprehensive properties of 10Cr9MoVNbN and ZG15Cr2Mo1 dissimilar welded joints have been analyzed by residual stress test,microstructure observation,Vickers hardness test,etc.The results show that the distribution of residual stress after welding is very complex,and there is a large tensile stress on the reverse side of the welded plate,which is significantly reduced after heat treatment.After heat treatment,there is obvious element migration phenomenon,and it becomes more obvious with the increase of temperature and time.And the Vickers hardness distribution characteristics of dissimilar welded joints have been analyzed to evaluate the mechanical properties of dissimilar welded joints.
