摘 要:基于热力学软件JMatPro对55NiCrMoV7钢的平衡相图、连续加热奥氏体化曲线(TTA图)、过冷奥氏体连续冷却曲线(CCT图)进行了计算,并模拟了冷却速率对钢微观组织和力学性能的影响,为热锻模具的热加工工艺优化提供指导。同时,为优化使用该钢种的某铝合金框类锻模调质工艺参数设计,基于所获得的热处理参数和DEFROM-3D软件,建立了该锻模的调质过程有限元模型并进行了数值模拟,分析了调质过程锻模的温度场、变形场及组织场变化,基于模拟结果对锻模的回火温度进行了优化,以期实现该热锻模具的热处理生产质量优化。Based on the thermodynamic software JMatPro 7.0 general steel module software,the thermodynamic calculation of the equilibrium phase diagram,TTA diagram and CCT diagram of hot forging die steel 55NiCrMoV7 has been carried out,and the influence of cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel has been simulated,which provide guidance on thermal process optimization.At the same time,in order to optimize the design of the quenching and tempering process parameters of a certain aluminum alloy frame forging die using this steel,based on the obtained heat treatment parameters and DEFROM-3D software,a finite element model of the quenching and tempering process of the forging die has been established and numerical simulation have been carried out,and the temperature field,deformation field and microstructure field changes of the forging die during the quenching and tempering process have been analyzed,and the tempering temperature of the forging die has been optimized based on the simulation results,in order to realize the optimization of the heat treatment production quality of the hot forging die.
