摘  要:随着桥梁建设的不断发展,对桥梁建设的效率和品质要求越来越高,更多的桥梁建设开始偏向于轻型和装配式发展,重庆大内高速K15立体式交叉为“标准跨径钢-砼组合梁桥工厂化智能建造技术研究”科技项目,通过对装配式钢混组合梁的施工策划、钢梁拼装、无支架吊装技术,以及桥面板等关键装配构件的施工研究,完成了在山岭地区深挖路堑特殊位置的高效施工。With the continuous development of bridge construction,the requirements for the efficiency and quality of bridge construction are increasing,and more bridge constructions begin to develop towards light-weighted and prefabricated construction.Chongqing Danei Expressway K15 three-dimensional crossover is a scientific and technological project of“Research on Factory-based Intelligent Construction Technology of Standard Span Steel-Concrete Composite Beam Bridge”.Through the construction research on construction planning,steel beam assembly,bracketless hoisting technology of prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam,as well as key assembly components such as bridge decks,the efficient construction in special locations of deep excavation road cuttings at mountain areas is completed.
