摘　　要：目的:充分摸底地方中医药科技成果奖励现状和发展瓶颈,制定有利于中医药科技奖励发展的条例。方法:各类科技奖励数据来源以各类奖项官方网站公开发布信息为准。各省市现行中医药地方性条例通过检索各省、市、自治区卫生主管部门官网以及中国知网、万方、维普、百度等网络信息获取。结果:天津市中医药领域获奖数在逐年萎缩,与西医药领域相比仍有较大差距,提示对中医药重大科技成果培育力度需要进一步加强。结论:建议加大中医药奖励力度、建立并完善专门的中医药专家库。在奖励培育方面,培育重大中医药科技奖励。Objective:To fully understand the status quo and development bottleneck of local science and technology achievement awards of traditional Chinese medicine,and formulate regulations that are conducive to the development of science and technology awards of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The data sources of various types of science and technology awards are subject to the public release information on the official website of various awards.The current local regulations on traditional Chinese medicine in various provinces and municipalities are obtained by retrieving the official website of the health authorities of all provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,as well as network information such as CNKI,Wanfang,Cqvip and Baidu.Results:The number of awards in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in Tianjin has shrunk year by year,and there is still a big gap compared with the field of western medicine,suggesting that the cultivation of major scientific and technological achievements of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be further strengthened.Conclusion:It is recommended to increase the awards of traditional Chinese medicine,and establish and improve a specialized library of traditional Chinese medicine experts.In the aspect of award and cultivation,it is recommended to cultivate major science and technology awards of traditional Chinese medicine.
