摘 要:蒸发是拜耳法氧化铝生产工艺过程中的重要工序之一,其能耗占到拜耳法氧化铝生产全流程能耗的40%以上,针对蒸发过程开展节能降耗研究将是实现拜耳法氧化铝生产全流程节能降耗的关键。针对六效逆流蒸发过程,从热量平衡的角度出发,建立了以两段进料流量和新蒸汽流量为输入变量,以生产指标为输出的蒸发过程稳态模型,并在Foxboro公司的I/A控制系统上进行了工业实验,从运行结果来看,产能提高约16%,生产指标提高约28%,实现了蒸发过程生产操作参数的优化。Evaporation is one of the important processes in the Bayer process alumina production process,and its energy consumption ac-counts for more than 40%.Research on energy saving and consumption reduction for the evaporation process will be the key to achieving energy sav-ing and consumption reduction in the whole process of Bayer process alumina production.In this paper,for the six-effect countercurrent evaporation process,from the perspective of heat balance,a steady state model of the evaporation process with two feed flow rates and new steam flow as input variables and production indexes as output is established.Industrial experiments were carried out on the I/A control system.From the results,capa city of production raise 16%,production target raise 28%,the optimization of the production operating parameters of the evaporation process can be achieved.
