气相-质谱联用法检测汽油中非常规添加物的方法研究

摘  要:汽油中非法添加甲缩醛、苯胺类和酯类等化合物,对汽油的产品质量安全和生态环境保护造成巨大的危害。采用气相-质谱联用法检测汽油中甲缩醛、苯胺类、酯类等非常规添加物,对实验条件进行摸索,确立最优实验条件。以一系列浓度的标准溶液,建立甲缩醛、苯胺类(N,N-二甲基苯胺,N-甲基苯胺、邻甲基苯胺、间甲基苯胺、对甲基苯胺、苯胺)和酯类(乙酸仲丁酯、碳酸二甲酯、乙酸乙酯)等10种化合物的校准曲线,且线性回归和相关系数良好。采用外标法进行定量分析,通过试验,验证气相-质谱联用法检测汽油中甲缩醛、苯胺类、酯类非常规添加物方法的加标回收率、检出限、精密度,结果表明气相-质谱联用法满足测定汽油中甲缩醛、苯胺类、酯类非常规添加物的检测要求。The illegal addition of methylal,aniline and ester compounds in gasoline has caused great harm to the product quality and safety of gasoline and ecological environment protection.Gas-mass spectrometry was used to detect unconventional additives such as methylal,anilines and esters in gasoline,and the experimental conditions were explored to establish the optimal experimental conditions.Establishment of methylals,anilines(N,N-dimethylaniline,N-methylaniline,o-toluidine,m-toluidine,p-toluidine,aniline)and esters in standard solutions at a range of concentrations The calibration curves of 10 compounds such as sec-butyl acetate,dimethyl carbonate,ethyl acetate,etc.were obtained,and the linear regression.and correlation coefficient were good.The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis,and the standard addition recovery,detection limit and precision of the method for the detection of unconventional additives of methylal,anilines and esters in gasoline were verified by gas-mass spectrometry.Mass spectrometry meets the detection requirements for the determination of unconventional additives of methylal,anilines and esters in gasoline.
