油润肤感PU涂层剂的制备及应用分析

摘　　要：PU涂层剂的应用范围主要分为转移涂层、湿法涂层和干法直接涂层三类。主要适用于仿皮革产品和功能性薄涂层上,如防水防油等。通过研究了油润肤感PU涂层剂的制作方法——通过乳化剂把CQAS乳化,制做成乳液,然后根据保密配方,合成PCAS涂层剂。通过细致研究配比和环境,发现CQAS乳化过程中的温度、乳化剂用量等条件的变化,都会对涂层剂的稳定性和功能性产生影响。对比发现,使用PCAS涂层剂制作出来的PU皮革,亲水性明显提升,且外观上表现得更加光滑,手感也更柔软亲肤。The application scope of PU coating agent is mainly divided into three categories:transfer coating,wet coating and dry direct coating.Mainly suitable for imitation leather products and functional thin coating,such as waterproof and oil prevention.In this paper,the production method of oil moisturizing PU coating agent is studied.——emulsifies CQAS through emulsifier,makes an emulsion,and then synthesize PCAS coating agent was significantly more hydrophilic,with smoother performance in appearance and softer and skin-friendly in hand feel.
