摘  要:为促进油产化目标的实现,中石化广州分公司与庄信万丰工艺技术有限公司(美国)合作开发出了ZMX-B-HP助剂并在催化裂化装置上进行了工业试验。试验结果表明,得益于ZMX-B-HP助剂特殊的孔道结构,在助剂藏量约5.5%~6%、原料和操作条件基本相同时,催化裂化装置产品分布明显改善,丙烯收率增加了0.79%,丁烯收率增加了0.61%,柴油收率的质量分数降低了1.28%,汽油收率基本未降低,汽油辛烷值提高了0.9,且操作和产品性质没有受影响,有效地提高了企业效益。In order to promote the realization of the goal of oil production,Sinopec Guangzhou Branch and Johnson Matthey Process Technology Co.,Ltd.(USA)jointly developed ZMX-B-HP additive and carried out industrial tests on the catalytic cracking unit.The test results show that,thanks to the special pore structure of the ZMX-B-HP additive,when the additive storage is about 5.5%to 6%,and the raw materials and operating conditions are basically the same,the product distribution of the catalytic cracking unit is significantly improved,and the propylene yield is improved.It increased by 0.79%,butene yield increased by 0.61%,diesel yield decreased by 1.28%,gasoline yield basically did not decrease,gasoline octane number increased by 0.9,and operation and product properties were not affected,effectively improving business efficiency.
