摘 要:目的:探究超深气井完井管柱屈曲行为影响因素,并提出防治措施。方法:利用高温高压模拟装置模拟超深气井完井管柱的工作环境,搭建一个超深气井完井管柱屈曲行为研究的试验平台,设计一种装置测定摩擦系数,测试各种试件发生螺旋屈曲时的临界荷载以及发生正弦屈曲时的临界荷载,探究屈曲行为的影响因素。结果:试件越粗、越短,发生螺旋屈曲与正弦屈曲时的临界荷载越大;完井管柱与管壁的摩擦力越小,发生屈曲行为的临界荷载越大;温度越高,试件发生螺旋屈曲与正弦屈曲时的临界荷载越小。结论:完井管柱的粗细、长短、完井管柱与管壁的摩擦力以及温度这四个因素都会影响超深气井完井管柱屈曲行为,从影响因素出发制定了屈曲行为防治措施。Objective:To explore the influencing factors of buckling behavior of ultra-deep gas well completion strings,and to propose preventive measures.Methods:The high temperature and high pressure simulation device was used to simulate the working environment of the ultra-deep gas well completion string,build a test platform for the study of the buckling behavior of the ultra-deep gas well completion string,design a device to measure the friction coefficient,and test the occurrence of helical critical loads at buckling and critical loads at sinusoidal buckling to explore factors influencing buckling behavior.Results:The thicker and shorter the specimen,the greater the critical load for helical buckling and sinusoidal buckling;the smaller the friction between the completion string and the pipe wall,the greater the critical load for buckling;the higher the temperature,the greater the critical load for buckling.The smaller the critical load is when helical buckling and sinusoidal buckling occur.Conclusion:The thickness and length of the completion string,the friction between the completion string and the pipe wall,and the temperature will affect the buckling behavior of the completion string in ultra-deep gas wells.Based on the influencing factors,the prevention measures for the buckling behavior are formulated.
