摘 要:目的 探讨颞肌及颞筋膜的正常超声声像图表现及其临床意义。资料与方法 招募2021年3—5月深圳市龙岗中心医院健康成年志愿者64名进行前瞻性研究,其中男32名,女32名,进行颞区超声扫查。分析声像图内解剖结构,测量颞肌肌腹浅、深层正常厚度,比较自身左、右侧各层颞肌厚度及男、女双侧颞肌总厚度。结果 超声可见颞肌、颞筋膜均分为浅、深两层;颞浅筋膜内有颞浅动静脉及耳颞神经走行;颞中动脉走行于颞深筋膜浅、深层之间;颞深动脉走行于颞肌与颅骨骨膜之间,穿入浅方肌肉;颞肌腱止于下颌骨冠突。男性颞肌浅层厚度左侧(4.16±0.58)mm、右侧(4.16±0.66)mm,男性颞肌深层厚度左侧(9.82±1.67)mm、右侧(9.38±1.56)mm,男性颞肌浅、深层左右侧自身对比,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.00,P>0.05;t=1.78,P>0.05);女性颞肌浅层厚度左侧(3.61±0.63)mm、右侧(3.51±0.56)mm,差异无统计学意义(t=0.84,P>0.05);女性颞肌深层厚度左侧(8.88±0.96)mm、右侧(8.40±1.06)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=2.95,P<0.01);颞肌肌腹平均总厚度(13.98±1.74)mm(男左)、(12.48±1.18)mm(女左)、(13.54±1.86)mm(男右)、(11.91±1.31)mm(女右),男性颞肌总厚度与女性颞肌总厚度同侧对比,差异均有统计学意义(左侧t=4.02,P<0.01;右侧t=4.07,P<0.01)。结论 超声可作为了解颞区解剖结构的重要影像学工具,为超声引导下介入治疗颞区相关疾病提供可视化精确指导。Purpose To determine the value of normal ultrasonography of temporal muscle and temporal fascia and their clinical significance. Materials and Methods Sixty-four healthy volunteers(32 males and 32 females) from Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from March to May 2021 were recruited prospectively, and examined by ultrasound in the temporal region ultrasound. The anatomical structure in the sonogram of temporal region were analyzed, the normal thickness of superficial and deep muscularis temporalis muscle was measured. The temporal muscle thickness of the left and right layers and the total temporal muscle thickness of the male and female were compared. Results Ultrasound showed that temporal muscle and temporal fascia were divided into superficial and deep layers respectively. The superficial temporal vessels and auriculotemporal nerve ran in the superficial temporal fascia. The middle temporal artery ran between the superficial and deep temporal fascia. The deep temporal artery ran between the temporal muscle and the periosteum of the cranium and penetrates the superficial muscle. The temporal tendon terminated in the coronoid process of the mandible. The thickness of the superficial temporalis muscle in men was(4.16±0.58) mm on the left side and(4.16±0.66) mm on the right side, and the thickness of the deep temporalis muscle in men was(9.82±1.67) mm on the left side and(9.38±1.56) mm on the right side, and there was no statistical difference between the superficial and deep temporalis muscle in men comparing the right and left sides(t=0.00, P>0.05;t=1.78, P>0.05).The thickness of the superficial temporalis muscle in women was(3.61±0.63) mm on the left side and(3.51±0.56) mm on the right side,and the thickness of the deep temporalis muscle in women was(8.88±0.96) mm on the left side and(8.40±1.06) mm on the right side, there was no statistically significant difference between the left and right side of the superficial temporalis muscle compared in women(t=0.84,P>0.05), and there was a statistically signi
