摘　　要：免疫系统是人体的重要防线,其功能强弱可由人体的患病和病愈状态反映。黏膜免疫在局部免疫、共同免疫以及防御外界有害微生物侵入机体过程中发挥了重要作用。呼吸道和胃肠道均具有黏膜免疫系统,二者可通过共同黏膜免疫相联系。近年来肠-肺轴的研究热度逐渐升高,而“肠-肺轴”的观点与中医学重要内容“肺与大肠相表里”不谋而合,可认为是此学说的现代发展。本文从黏膜免疫、肠-肺菌群层面总结了肠-肺轴的联系,以期阐明肺病肠治的科学依据。The immune system is an important defense line of the human body,and its functional strength can be reflected by the illness and rehabilitation statuses of the human body.Mucosal immunity plays an important role in local immunity,co-immunity and defense against the invasion of external harmful microorganisms.Both respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract have mucosal immune systems,and they can be connected through common mucosal immunity.In recent years,the research heat of the gut-lung axis has gradually increased.And the viewpoint of"gut-lung axis"coincides with the important content of"the lung and the large intestine are interior-exteriorly related"in Traditional Chinese Medicine,which can be regarded as the modern development of this theory.In this paper,the relationship between gut-lung axis is summarized from the aspects of mucosal immunity and gut-lung microbes,in order to clarify the scienti fic basis of gut treatment of lung diseases.
