医院药品供应紧张和药品用量波动的关系分析

摘　　要：目的医院药品供应紧张的情况常常发生,原因之一系药品用量增大,导致原药品计划采购量无法满足临床使用。故分析每月的药品用量波动情况,讨论其与药品供应不足的关系。方法在汕头市中医医院HIS系统导出2019年10月至2021年9月的药品使用信息,并整理得到每月销售额增长率、增长率超过30%的药品(简称增药)个数等数据,观察每月药品销售额增长率和增药个数的波动情况,并验证二者间是否存在线性回归关系。结果每月增药个数较多,平均个数为(86.75±37.82)个,平均占总药品数的(18.07±9.01)%,且销售额增长率和增药个数存在线性回归关系(F=38.884,P<0.05),销售额增长越大,增药个数越多。结论月销售额的波动本质是药品用量波动,药品用量不稳定的现象客观存在,应针对性地制订优化措施,保障药品供应。Objective The shortage of drug supply in hospitals often occurred.One of the reasons was the increase of drug consumption,which led the original planned purchase of drugs to be unable to meet the clinical use.Therefore,the fluctuation of monthly drug consumption was analyzed and its correlation with the shortage of drug supply were discussed.Methods The drug consumption information from October 2019 to September 2021 in the HIS system of Shantou Hospital of TCM was retrieved.And the data such as the monthly sales growth rate and the number of drugs with a growth rate of more than 30%(abbreviated as drugs added)were sorted out.The fluctuations of the monthly drug sales growth rate and the number of drugs added were observed,and whether there was a linear regression correlation between them was verified.Results The number of drugs added per month was relatively large,with an average number of(86.75±37.82),accounting for(18.07±9.01)%of the total number of drugs,and there was a linear regression relationship between the sales growth rate and the number of drugs added(F=38.884,P<0.05).The greater the sales growth,the more drugs added.Conclusion The essence of the fluctuation of monthly sales is the fluctuation of drug consumption.The phenomenon of unstable drug consumption objectively exists.Optimization measures should be formulated to guarantee stable drug supply.
