摘　　要：目的研究CO_(2)激光治疗喉接触性肉芽肿的临床效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月昆明市延安医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的100例喉接触性肉芽肿患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用CO_(2)激光治疗方式,对照组采用常规治疗方式。比较两组临床症状改善情况、总有效率、生活质量。结果观察组喉接触性肉芽肿患者声嘶、吸气性喉鸣、犬吠样咳嗽改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组喉接触性肉芽肿患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组喉接触性肉芽肿患者躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO_(2)激光在治疗喉接触性肉芽肿中效果显著,且安全性高,能够改善患者各项临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CO_(2) laser in the treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma.Methods A total of 100 patients with laryngeal contact granuloma admitted to and treated in the Department of ENT&HN Surgery in Yan’an Hospital of Kunming City from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.And they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the principle of random lottery.The observation group was adopted with CO_(2) laser treatment,while the control group was adopted with conventional treatment.The improvement of clinical symptoms,the overall response rate and the quality of life(QoL)were compared between the two groups.Results The hoarseness,inspiratory stridor and barking cough of patients with laryngeal contact granuloma in the observation group were shorter than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The The total effective rate of patients with laryngeal contact granuloma in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material life of patients with laryngeal contact granuloma in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion CO_(2) laser has a significant effect in the treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma.Meanwhile,it is highly safe,and can improve various clinical symptoms and enha nce the QoL of patients.
