摘  要:通过测定不同反应温度下含有不同重金属的体系的凝胶时间,研究了二月桂酸二丁基锡、有机锌、有机铋等重金属化合物对丙烯酸聚氨酯体系的催化作用。利用Flory凝胶化理论和阿累尼乌斯方程分析了反应的表观活化能和指前因子。结果表明,几种重金属的催化效果由强到弱依次为二月桂酸二丁基锡、有机铋、有机锌。二月桂酸二丁基锡的引入显著降低了反应的表观活化能,而有机锌和有机铋的主要作用是降低反应的指前因子。此外,锌/铋复合物比单独使用有机锌或有机铋催化效果优异。The catalytic effects of heavy metal compounds such as dibutyltin dilaurate,organozinc,organobismuth and other heavy metal compounds on the acrylic polyurethane system were studied by testing the gel time of the systems containing different heavy metals at different reaction temperatures.The apparent activation energy and preexponential factor of the reaction were analyzed using Flory gelation theory and Arrhenius equation.The results showed that the catalytic effect of several heavy metals was dibutyltin dilaurate>organobismuth>organic zinc from strong to weak.The introduction of dibutyltin dilaurate significantly reduced the apparent activation energy of the reaction,while the main effect of organozinc and organobismuth was to reduce the pre-exponential factor of the reaction.In addition,the Zn/bismuth complex had better catalytic effect than organozinc or organobismuth alone.
