摘  要:以羟基丙烯酸酯预聚物、马来海松酸和偏苯三酸酐为原料采用醇解酯化法合成了改性水性醇酸树脂。采用红外光谱表征了产物结构,采用凝胶渗透色谱及表干时间测试等研究了原料用量对醇酸树脂性能的影响,并对比了树脂改性前后制备的清漆的性能。结果表明:羟基丙烯酸酯预聚物的质量分数为15%左右时,树脂的综合性能最优。该树脂的理论油度39.5%,数均相对分子质量3270,酸值(KOH)50~60 mg/g,配制成的水性清漆综合性能优良,较传统的醇酸树脂表干及实干时间缩短,硬度高,耐水性明显提高。A modified waterborne alkyd resin was synthesized by alcoholysis esterification method using hydroxyacrylate prepolymer,maleopimaric acid and trimellitic anhydride as raw materials.The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The effect of raw material dosage on the properties of alkyd resin was studied by gel permeation chromatography and surface drying time test.The properties of varnishes prepared before and after resin modification were compared.The results showed that when the mass fraction of hydroxy acrylate prepolymer was about 15%,the overall performance of the resin was the best.The theoretical oil degree,number average relative molecular weight and acid value(KOH) was 39.5%,3270 and 50-60 mg/g,respectively.The prepared water-based varnish had excellent comprehensive performance,shorter surface drying time and hard drying time than traditional alkyd resin,high hardness and significantly improved water resistance.
