摘 要:测量不确定度是评定测量水平的指标,是评判测量结果质量的最直接依据。测量不确定度越小,则测量结果质量就越高,使用价值也越高。笔者依据标准对陶瓷砖破坏强度和断裂模数进行了测量,通过建立测量不确定数学模型,详细地分析测量过程中重复性试验、最大破坏荷载、试样宽度、试样破坏断裂面最小厚度带来的不确定分量,对陶瓷砖破坏强度和断裂模数的测量不确定度进行了评定。Measurement uncertainty is an index to evaluate the measurement level and the most direct basis to judge the quality of measurement results.The smaller the measurement uncertainty is,the higher quality the measurement result has,and the higher use value it has.The paper measures the failure strength and fracture modulus of ceramic brick according to the standard.By establishing the mathematical model of measurement uncertainty,it analyses the uncertainty components caused by the repetitive test,the maximum failure load,the sample width,the minimum thickness of the specimen failure fracture surface in the experiment,and the measurement uncertainty for the failure strength and fracture modulus of ceramic brick is evaluated.
