摘　　要：大数据技术在各个领域的逐步应用,与人工智能的有效结合,准确分析数据,为各行各业的发展提供了必要的信息支持。海洋环境执法工作复杂、专业、涉及面广、信息量大,非常适合大数据技术的运用。大数据技术应用于海洋环境执法领域,将迎来新的变革机遇。依托大数据时代背景,分析我国海洋生态环境执法存在的问题,在政府的引导和高层推动下,创造条件鼓励企业、科研机构和公民积极参与,树立大数据思维,提出大数据背景下海洋生态环境执法的基本思路,利用大数据构建协作机制,创新环境保护执法的协调运行,提高海洋环境执法的系统化、科学化水平,代表了治理发展的新理念和新趋势,对促进社会和谐稳定具有重要的科学价值和现实意义。The gradual application of big data technology in various fields,the effective combination of artificial intelligence and accurate analysis of data provide necessary information support for the development of all walks of life.The marine environment law enforcement work is complex,professional,involving a wide range and a large amount of information,which is very suitable for the application of big data technology.The application of big data technology in the field of marine environmental law enforcement will usher in new opportunities for change.Relying on the background of big data era,this paper analyzes the problems existing in China's marine ecological environment law enforcement,creates conditions to encourage enterprises,scientific research institutions and citizens to actively participate,establishes big data thinking,puts forward the basic ideas of marine ecological environment law enforcement under the background of big data,and uses big data to build a cooperation mechanism,Innovating the coordinated operation of environmental protection law enforcement and improving the systematic and scientific level of marine environmental law enforcement represent the new concept and trend of governance and development,and have important scientific value and practical significance for promoting social harmony and stability.
