摘 要:幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)与消化道溃疡、萎缩性胃炎、胃癌等胃肠道疾病的发生密切相关,早期识别并根除H.pylori对于疾病的预防、诊断及预后的改善均至关重要。随着内窥镜技术的发展,可以清晰地观察到微小的胃黏膜结构,从而使得内镜下可以识别H.pylori感染。相比普通内镜,放大内镜、窄带成像内镜、I-Scan、共聚焦显微内镜等新型内镜可以更准确地揭示H.pylori感染胃异常黏膜模式。然而,新型内镜需要更多的培训、专业知识和时间。本文就普通内镜及人工智能基于白光内镜图像诊断H.pylori感染的研究进展作一概述。Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is closely related to the occurrence of gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer,atrophic gastritis,gastric cancer.And early identification and eradication of H.pylori are essential for disease prevention,diagnosis and improvement of prognosis.With the development of endoscopy technology,the tiny gastric mucosal structure can be clearly observed,so that H.pylori infection can be identified under endoscopy.Compared with ordinary endoscopes,new endoscopes,including magnifying endoscopes,narrowband imaging endoscopes,I-Scan,confocal microscope endoscopes and so on,can more accurately reveal the abnormal mucosal pattern of H.pylori infection in the stomach.However,new endoscopes require more training,expertise and time.This article reviewed the research progress of ordinary endoscopy and artificial intelligence which based on white light endoscopy images in the diagnosis of H.pylori infection.
