摘  要:联动成像(linked color imaging,LCI)是一种新型的图像增强内镜技术,能够在提供明亮、高清晰度图像的基础上,通过电子染色技术增强黏膜间的色差,更有利于集合小静脉和黏膜细微病变的观察,提高包括早期胃癌、Barrett食管、结直肠息肉等多种胃肠道疾病的诊断率。LCI技术在诊断幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染方面也有独特的优势,多个研究均证实其在内镜观察图像及指导活检取材部位等方面,均优于传统白光内镜。本文主要围绕LCI内镜辅助诊断H.pylori感染相关性胃炎的临床进展作一综述。Linked color imaging(LCI),a new image enhanced endoscopy technique,which can provide a bright,high resolution image and enhance differences in mucosal color with digital image technology.It is more conducive to the observation of the regular arrangement of collecting venules and subtle mucosal lesions.Therefore,it can improve the diagnostic accuracy of a variety of gastrointestinal tract diseases,including early gastric cancer,Barrett′s esophagus,intestinal polyps,especially Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection.Serval studies indicated that LCI had a unique advantage in observing endoscopy images and guiding targeted biopsy,compared with traditional white color imaging.This article reviewed the advances in diagnosing H.pylori infection with LCI.
