28例社区戒毒人员服用福康片疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索福康片应用于社区戒毒康复治疗的疗效。方法:选取2021年9月—10月志愿参与服用福康片戒毒治疗的社区戒毒人员28例,分析社区戒毒人员服用福康片的情况、稽延性戒断症状、毒品渴求程度及不良反应发生情况。结果:28例志愿服用福康片的社区戒毒人员全部完成服药治疗计划,服药7天后有3例症状消失,服药10天后有16例症状消失,服药12天后所有人员症状消失,比原设计用药疗程减少2天。社区戒毒人员服用后躯体症状、焦虑情绪、睡眠障碍评分低于服药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毒品渴求度视觉模拟量表(VAS)测试结果显示显效率达100%。在服药过程中,有4人出现轻微口干症状,停药后症状自行消失。结论:福康片应用于社区戒毒具有较好的依从性、适应性、疗效性、安全性,能缩短稽延性戒断症状的消除时间。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Fukang tablet in community drug rehabilitation treatment.Methods:Twenty-eight community drug abusers who volunteered to take Fukang tablets from September to October 2021 were selected to analyze the situation of taking Fukang tablets,protracted withdrawal symptoms,drug craving and adverse reactions.Results:All the 28 community drug abusers who volunteered to take Fukang tablets completed the medication treatment plan,after 7 days of medication,3 cases of symptoms disappeared,16 cases of symptoms disappeared after 10 days of medication,and all the symptoms disappeared after 12 days of medication,which was 2 days less than the original design.The scores of somatic symptoms,anxiety and sleep disorders in community drug addicts after taking drugs were lower than those before taking drugs,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)test results of drug craving showed that the significant efficiency was 100%.During the course of medication,4 patients had mild xerostomia,and the symptoms disappeared after drug withdrawal.Conclusion:Fukang tablet has good compliance,adaptability,efficacy and safety,and can shorten the elimination time of protracted withdrawal symptoms.
