摘  要:目的:调查多种微量元素注射液相关药品不良反应(ADR)报告,分析联合用药配伍禁忌。方法:收集我市国家药品不良反应监测系统所上报的多种微量元素注射液相关ADR报告,分析ADR具体现状,总结微量元素注射液联合用药的配伍禁忌。结果:80份ADR报告中,男性42例(52.50%),女性38例(47.50%),ADR发生年龄段主要在21~30岁(31.25%)、>70岁(26.25%)。ADR主要发生在注射后15~59 min。80份ADR报告中共累计不良反应事件112例次,以注射部位损害为主要不良反应(41.07%)。稀释溶媒主要为葡萄糖注射液、复方氨基酸注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液,按说明书指出该制剂需稀释50倍、50~100倍。所有ADR患者预后好,未出现后遗症及死亡病例,经对症处理,包括退热、停药、热敷等处理后,相关症状均消失。结论:多种微量元素注射液相关ADR发生以注射部位损害为主,与溶剂选择、溶媒稀释等因素有关,临床尽量单独应用,提高临床用药合理性。Objective:To investigate the reports of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)related to various trace element injections,and to analyze the incompatibility of combined drugs.Methods:The ADR reports related to various trace element injections reported by the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System in our city were collected,the specific status of ADR was analyzed,and the incompatibility of the combined use of trace element injections was summarized.Results:Of the 80 ADR reports,42(52.50%)were male and 38(47.50%)were female.The age of ADR was mainly 21-30 years old(31.25%)and>70years old(26.25%).ADR mainly occurred 15-59 min after injection.A total of 112 adverse events were involved in 80 ADR reports,with injection site damage as the main adverse reaction(41.07%).The dilution solvent was mainly glucose injection,compound amino acid injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection.According to the instructions,the preparation needs to be diluted 50 times and 50 to 100 times.All ADR patients had good prognosis without sequelae and death.After symptomatic treatment,including antipyretic,drug withdrawal,and hot compress,the related symptoms disappeared.Conclusion:ADR related to various trace element injections is mainly caused by injection site damage,which is related to solvent selection,solvent dilution and other factors.It should be used alone in clinical practice to improve the rationality of clinical drug use.
