摘　　要：目的:分析苍耳子散联合脱敏汤在治疗小儿鼻鼽中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月我院收治的小儿鼻鼽患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组单独予以干祖望方剂脱敏汤治疗,观察组予以苍耳子散联合干祖望方剂脱敏汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、症状缓解时间、复发率、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为5.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苍耳子散联合脱敏汤治疗小儿鼻鼽的临床效果显著,可快速改善患儿临床症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the application value of Cangerzi Powder combined with Desensitization Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qianzuwang Desensitization Decoction alone,and the observation group was treated with Cangerzi Powder combined with Qianzuwang Desensitization Decoction.The clinical therapeutic effect,symptom remission time,recurrence rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 80.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching and sneezing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than 20.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Cangerzi Powder combined with Desensitization Decoction in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis is remarkable,which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of children,improve the quality of life,and reduce the recurrence rate.
