摘　　要：目的:探究妇产科药品护理管理对高警讯药物用药安全的效果。方法:选取我院16名护理人员为研究对象,于2020年1月—12月实施常规高警讯药物使用培训设为对照组,2021年1月—12月实施改进高警讯药品护理管理设为研究组,比较两组高警讯药物考核成绩、药物知识掌握情况、用药安全指标评分、药品管理符合率及药物的知识认知度。结果:研究组护理人员理论知识、操作技能考核成绩及药物知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理人员用药安全指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理人员药品管理符合率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理人员对高警讯药物的知识认知度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科高警讯药物的护理管理中,实施常规管理+药品护理管理可提高护理人员对药物知识的认知度和掌握度,提升药品管理符合率,并增强用药安全意识,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of drug nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology on the safety of high alert drug use.Methods:A total of 16 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research objects,the routine high alert drug use training from January to December 2020 was set as the control group,while the improved high alert drug nursing management from January to December 2021 was set as the study group.The high alert drug assessment results,drug knowledge mastery,drug safety index score,drug management coincidence rate and drug knowledge awareness were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and drug knowledge of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of medication safety index of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of drug management in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge awareness of nurses in the study group on high alert drug was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing management of high alert drug in obstetrics and gynecology,the implementation of routine management+drug nursing management can improve the awareness and mastery of drug knowledge of nursing staff,improve the compliance rate of drug management,and enhance the awareness of drug safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
