摘　　要：EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)项目让风景园林师全过程动态把控工程,为工程提供特殊条件灵活变更、全程跟进协调工期,以及创新工艺保障品质等全方位的技术服务。在EPC总承包项目中,设计管理工作起到了至关重要的作用,是项目管理中最为核心的部分,设计管理工作的水平对整个项目的质量、进度和成本等都会产生直接影响。以南昌金山大道两侧通道绿化EPC项目为例,论述风景园林师要积极提升主导者意识,努力承担新的职责,全面发挥设计在EPC项目中的引领作用。EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)project enables landscape architects to dynamically control the whole process of the project,and provides comprehensive technical services such as flexible change of special conditions,full follow-up and coordinated process period,and innovative process guarantee quality.In EPC general contracting projects,design management plays a vital role,determines the success or failure of project implementation,and is the most core part of project management.The level of design management has the most important and direct impact on the quality,progress and cost of the whole project.This is a valuable lesson,and teaching landscape architects with practical experience is more useful than armchair.The Greening EPC Project on both sides of Jinshan Avenue in Nanchang is a typical EPC landscape project.Taking this project as the analysis point,the paper discusses that designers should actively enhance the awareness of leaders,strive to assume new responsibilities,and give full play to the leading role of design in EPC projects.
