摘  要:为了研究激光粒度仪在土工试验中的应用,组织了9个单位参与的密度计法和激光仪法对两种土样(上海粉土和粉砂)的平行比对试验,重点对比分析了不同单位采用不同试验土量(不同遮光率)、不同仪器型号的激光粒度仪法试验结果,以及与密度计法试验结果的差别。密度计法易受人为因素影响,结果较为离散(尤其是粉土),而激光粒度仪法相对来说结果较为稳定,不同单位采用不同型号仪器的测试成果总体上离散性较小,但也存在个别仪器试验结果差别较大的情况。对于本文采用的粉土和粉砂,试验土量(不同遮光率)对颗分试验结果的影响并不显著,在采用较少的土样情况下仍然能够给出较为稳定的测试结果。In order to study the application of laser particle sizer in soil tests,the parallel comparison tests with two kinds of soil samples(Shanghai silt and sand)are carried out with the densimeter method and the laser particle sizer method by the participation of nine institutes.The difference between the results from the densimeter tests and the laser particle sizer tests with different amounts of soil(different shading rate)and the different types of instruments are analyzed.The densimeter method is easily influenced by man-made factors and the results are more discrete(especially for silt).The results from laser particle sizer method are more stable and the discreteness of different institutes by using different instruments is less,however,there are some cases in which the test results from individual instruments are quite different.For silt and sand in this article,the influence of the amount of soil(different shading ratio)on the results of particle analysis is not significant.Relatively stable test results can be given in the case with fewer amounts of soil samples.
